Well loosing weight , i just cant do apparently... i cant run, because of a bad knee, and i have to tell you, it is hard to look in the mirror, and just don´t like what you see.
My youngest son mikke was born with a cecerian, and it has left my belly...looking a lot like pudding... and the cut is ...ehhhmmm well not small, lets just put it like that.
any good adwise.... on how to get back in good shape... when you like me... just like food...???
I think i need a good boot in the butt... to get out of this limbo
