Found shirts for my boys.... and looooovely shoes for me Today.
Bought Nupo shaker today... i don`t really like the stuff in the first place, but drinking it with lupms in it, well it is just a NO GO... Yaiiks.
After work today i went for a spin on the bike... Ohhhh MY god i really feel my butt....
Still looking for stuff to do in our holiday, this year...next year we will be going to visit our friends in the US.
